That's an old one, and it's still used from time to time.
In fact, they used it in Die Hard With a Vengence.

Well... YOU are the one going to St. Ives, right? It doesn't say that all the rest are... and since I don't want to do any math (too early- no coffee yet), I am going to suggest that only one is going to St. Ives. I love stuff like this.
