I missed a day.....

I fully intended to blog yesterday, but my day mutated beyond my control, and I ended up just falling asleep exhausted.

It involved some shopping, a trip to Reno, and some gambling/drinking.

I woke up way to early (big surprise), like 5:30, a didn't get done with my day until nearly midnight. I made a couple bucks at the casino, which was cool. I didn't finance my trip to Japan or anything, but it gave me some extra spening $$$.

That's always a good thing.

Of course, the one thing I was looking for at Best Buy, they were sold out of. I also went to Barnes and Noble, and priced some audio/text Japanese language courses. After that we went to the mall, and it was fucking packed. We popped into See's (i fucking love sees) and I bought a :



Dayum, that's good.

After that we went to the calendar store for a bit, and then we slid into Hot Topic. I saw some cool stuffs, but I didn't buy anything. Well, I did, but it was part of a Christmas gift for my niece.

After fighting the crowds at the mall, I felt a beer was in order, so the three of us took a cab over to the Gold Dust, where they'll give them to you for free.

Well, as long as you're gambling.....

Just so you know, my game of choice is video keno. I've got some tickets that hit pretty regularly, as most of you know. Well, I almost hit one last night. I hit 7 out of 8 spots.

Now, the money I won wasn't bad, and the highest win wasn't much bigger than I money I got, but it's a principle thing. If you're going to give me 7, why not give me 8?

I mean really, would it fucking kill you?

Anyhow, I got my beer on for a bit, and by the time we called our return cab I was pretty burned out. I'll tell you this though, I was still determined to blog. I came upstairs, fired up the puter, sat down on my bed to take my shoes off, and promptly fell asleep.

Well, Erin Brockovich is on, and even tho it's on network I think I'll let run in the background while I read a book for a bit.
